Role Description

This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, structured screening, and a keen eye for candidate fitment. You will directly partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality closures while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Draft and update job descriptions in line with business requirements and current market trends.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Manage multiple requisitions with accuracy and strong follow-up discipline.
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray search, and niche targeting.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR coordination

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals

✅ Candidates with experience in IT companies and recruitment agencies are preferred
