Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization. Additional tasks include coordinating recruitment campaigns, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree .
• Experience in the technology or AI industry / SaaS is an advantage.
