About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager – Social Media & Biddable Platforms to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)—with proficiency in at least one of the platforms being a must. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of performance marketing across objectives such as lead generation, app installs, and conversion-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Solutioning Work with the BD team to understand client briefs and craft effective media plans. Forecast campaign performance metrics, recommend audience targeting, and outline creative requirements. 2. Campaign Operations – Execution, Management & Optimisation Execute end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting on Meta and Google Ads. Drive performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, app installs, and other ROI-focused objectives. Deliver insights, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations to clients. 3. Client Communication & Coordination Lead campaign performance discussions and present optimisation strategies to clients. Ensure clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in campaign planning & operations within digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proficiency in at least one major biddable platform (Meta or Google Ads); knowledge of both is preferred. Strong expertise in performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, app installs, conversion campaigns). Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into insights.
