No design knowledge needed – your role is to maintain smooth and friendly communication with clients. What You’ll Do: Speak with international clients through chat, email, or calls Do follow-ups to check if they are happy with the service Answer basic questions and guide them if needed Be polite, professional, and helpful at all times Keep records of client follow-ups and feedback What We’re Looking For: Very good English speaking and writing skills Confidence in talking to people Friendly and positive attitude Basic computer skills Why Join Us?
