About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in salary processing.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and HR policy implementation.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.
  • Ensure HR compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
