Experience Required: 5-7 years in HR & Admin roles, preferably in Confectionery/FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution sector
The Talent Acquisition and Admin HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, and handling administrative tasks across factory and distribution units. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
1. Talent Acquisition:
~ Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly.
~ Draft and publish job postings on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
~ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds with functional heads.
~ Manage hiring timelines, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities.
~ Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reporting.
2. On-boarding & Induction:
~ Conduct new employee on boarding and orientation programs.
~ Ensure all documentation (offer letter, ID proof, joining forms, etc.) is complete and filed.
~ Introduce new joiners to teams and facilitate smooth integration.
3. HR Administration:
~ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
~ Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing.
Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, policies, etc.
~ Maintain compliance with statutory HR requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
4. Office Administration:
~ Oversee general office maintenance, stationery & consumable management, and housekeeping.
~ Coordinate with vendors for office equipment, repairs, and AMC services.
~ Support logistics for meetings, staff travel, and internal events.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication:
~ Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
~ Handle grievance redressal in coordination with the HR Manager.
~ Maintain employee morale through regular feedback and communication.
6. Performance Management & Appraisals:
~ Assist in maintaining PMS records, follow-up on goal setting and performance reviews.
~ Track probation reviews and confirmation processes.
~ Prepare and share relevant HR dashboards and performance metrics.
~ Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
~ Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication.
~ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
~ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration
- MBA in HR preferred
