Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing general HR management tasks. Additional responsibilities include recruiting new employees, conducting onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Human Resources (HR) Management skills
• Experience in HR Recruitment and Negoitation.
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
