We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management, this role ensures smooth operations and contributes to the overall betterment of team members.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new joiners.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Organize employee engagement activities: birthdays, festivals, celebrations, and team-building events.

Foster a positive work culture by promoting collaboration and well-being.

HR Operations

Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and employee timesheets.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Handle documentation across the employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit formalities.

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs to upskill employees.

Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

Performance Management

Assist in goal setting, reviews, and appraisal processes.

Track employee performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor/Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

X years of HR experience (Generalist role preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with HR software/tools (attendance systems, HRMS, ATS).
