We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Instrumentation Electronics Engineer who is responsible for driving sales and business growth in industrial instrumentation, electronic systems, and IoT-enabled solutions . They identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and provide smart sensing, automation, and connectivity solutions for industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and smart infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Business Growth Develop and execute sales strategies for IoT-based instrumentation and electronic solutions.

Technical Consultation Work with clients to understand their requirements and propose sensor-based IoT solutions , smart monitoring systems, and automation technologies.

Technical Expertise - Must have strong background and hands on expertise on IOT communication protocols, Gateways (Selection and Avl), Factory OT systems and Data Acquisition methods.

Industry Networking Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients to expand market reach.

Product Positioning GTM Strategy Define value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for IoT-enabled instrumentation products.

Market Research Competitive Analysis Stay updated on Industry 4.0, smart sensing, wireless communication protocols ( LoRa, NB-IoT, Zigbee, Bluetooth etc ;), and cloud-based analytics .

Proposal Contract Negotiation Lead client presentations, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts for IoT instrumentation projects. Must be ready to work at factory environment to understand the shop floor and propose a suitable solution.
