for a Accountant to handle our financial operations, including record-keeping, transactions, reports, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be proficient in accounting software, and work well with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage daily, monthly, and yearly financial records in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a timely and efficient manner for the company and directors.
Must be able to manage inter-company transaction accounting and should be able to Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and inventory records against physical assets.
File monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns while ensuring compliance - GST / TDS / Professional Tax / Income Tax and co-ordinate with CA Firm.
Generate monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, for management review.
Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support financial planning.
Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for favourable terms and discounts.
Assist with audits conducted by banks, insurance companies, and government agencies.Support internal teams with financial data, ensuring smooth pre-and post-sales processes.

Requirements
Requirements:

\u25CF Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

\u25CF 3-5 years of experience in business accounting.

\u25CF Proficiency in ERP and GST filing.

\u25CF Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations.

\u25CF Experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance.

\u25CF Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

\u25CF Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

\u25CF Familiarity with CRM and project management software is a plus.
