Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer who can combine strong product understanding with effective client engagement. The role involves handling inquiries, recommending suitable commercial kitchen equipment, and managing project-based sales from lead to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and institutions.
Conduct site visits to assess space, utilities, and installation feasibility.
Understand kitchen layouts, workflows, and BOQs to propose accurate equipment solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
Coordinate with design and production teams for customization and technical clarifications.
Deliver product presentations and support project meetings with consultants and clients.
Maintain relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and project managers to drive repeat business.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fabrication, and basic utilities (gas, electrical, plumbing).
Ability to read drawings; AutoCAD exposure is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and site assessments.
