Roles & Responsibilities Identify, generate, and convert high-quality leads across B2B and B2C channels through both online and offline strategies. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and kitchen planners to drive long-term business growth. Conduct on-site product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and client presentations with clarity and professionalism. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements. Plan and manage marketing initiatives including email campaigns and digital outreach. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare actionable reports to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets. Perform regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Ensure smooth after-sales communication, service coordination, and client satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, proposals, and client interactions for internal tracking and reporting. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 24 years of experience in industrial equipment, commercial kitchen solutions, FMCG machinery, or related B2B sales sectors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computers and business tools such as Excel and email systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (regional fluency preferred based on location). Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
