JOB DESCRIPTION : MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Location: Gurdaspur, Jallandhar, Bathinda, Fazilka, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Barnala, Firozepur, Rupnagar, Patiala
Qualification
Postgraduate degree (preferably MBA in Marketing).
10th grade with Punjabi as a subject.
Experience
· Minimum 2 years of field experience in sales/marketing in any sector.
Prior experience in:
· Buyer linkage and engagement.
· Onboarding products/services to e-commerce platforms.
· Organizing market promotion activities.
· Working with SHGs, artisan groups, or rural enterprises.
Skills & Competencies
· Proficiency writing, and speaking IS mandatory. is
· Basic computer skills including MS Office, E-Commerce onboarding and maintenance and internet usage.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Attributes.
· Experience in brand development and digital marketing for grassroots products.
· Familiarity with government, PSU, or multilateral agency-funded livelihood projects.
· Understanding of rural market dynamics and community-based enterprise models. Desirable Attributes
