This role is critical to helping us expand our reach by coordinating appointments with hospital owners, doctors, and business owners who have shown interest in our software. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective clients (Hospital/Clinic/Business owners or Doctors) who have shown interest in our healthcare software. Explain the benefits of our software solutions in a clear and professional manner. Schedule appointments for our Business Development Manager to meet the clients and give software demos. Maintain follow-up calls and build strong client relationships. Maintain call records and reports in a structured format. Desired Candidate Profile: Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali. Knowledge of Odia is a plus, but not mandatory. Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer service preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. Personality: Positive attitude, confident, well-spoken, and motivated to meet targets.
