We are now looking for a smart, energetic female candidate to join our team as a Telecaller / Appointment Coordinator. This role is critical to helping us expand our reach by coordinating appointments with hospital owners, doctors, and business owners who have shown interest in our software.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective clients (Hospital/Clinic/Business owners or Doctors) who have shown interest in our healthcare software.

Explain the benefits of our software solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Schedule appointments for our Business Development Manager to meet the clients and give software demos.

Maintain follow-up calls and build strong client relationships.

Maintain call records and reports in a structured format.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali. Knowledge of Odia is a plus, but not mandatory.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer service preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Personality: Positive attitude, confident, well-spoken, and motivated to meet targets.

Job Details:

Location: Kolkata Office

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Saturday: Alternate working Saturdays

Sunday: Fixed off
