Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Executive to support and enhance all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documentation

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Performance & Employee Engagement

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
  • Address employee grievances and assist in maintaining a positive work environment

Policy & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Support HR audits and maintain confidential HR documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
