HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR professionals to support day-to-day processes and contribute to key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking (as applicable)
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events
• Support HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance tasks
• Conduct research on HR trends, tools, and best practices
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
