As an experienced HR professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the leadership talent strategy for one of India's leading schools. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Principal, academic heads, and management to align HR strategies with the school's mission and long-term goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion. - Leading recruitment strategies to attract high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final selection. Moreover, you will design and implement structured onboarding programs for new hires' smooth integration. - Overseeing the performance management process to ensure fair evaluation and growth-oriented feedback. You will identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff. Furthermore, you will support leadership in succession planning and career pathing. - Developing employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention. You will address employee concerns promptly to ensure a transparent and supportive workplace. Additionally, you will build strong communication channels between staff, leadership, and HR. Qualifications: - 10-12 years of experience in HR or a related field. - MBA qualification preferred. - Hyderabad based male candidates preferred. - Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
