Job Summary

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary HR point of contact

  for employees and business stakeholders
• Drive

  employee engagement initiatives

  and workplace culture programs
• Lead

  talent management initiatives

  , including talent review and succession planning
• Manage

  performance appraisal processes

  and career development discussions
• Provide guidance on

  performance issues, conflict management, and disciplinary actions

• Manage

  bench employees and Performance Improvement Programs (PIP)

• Analyze HR metrics to improve

  performance, engagement, and retention

• Support

  people integration and employee transfers

  during organizational changes
• Build and maintain

  internal and external mentorship networks

• Partner with leadership teams to enable

  effective decision-making and workforce planning

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as

  HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist

  in IT consulting industry
• Strong knowledge of

  local labor laws and employment regulations

• Experience handling

  bench management and PIP cases

• Hands-on experience in

  workforce administration and HR processes

• Strong ability to

  multitask and manage high-volume workloads

• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

  skills
• Experience working in

  cross-cultural internal environments

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools
