The Career Enhancement Cell at TresVista is dedicated to supporting the long-term career growth of individuals during their tenure at TresVista and beyond. By offering the necessary tools and opportunities for continuous professional development, the Career Enhancement Cell empowers employees to achieve their career goals. The department's operations encompass three main functions: Career Counselling: Providing guidance and coaching to employees on their long-term career objectives, including education counselling for those interested in furthering their education. Employee Mobility Support: Facilitating on-shore experiences for current employees at client offices to meet short and long-term staffing needs. Placements Support: Assisting outgoing and former employees in securing new roles within or outside of TresVista. As a Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior stakeholders both within the company and externally. Your primary responsibility will involve establishing and managing the Career Counselling function, which aims to benefit employees, clients, and TresVista. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and enhance frameworks, processes, and teams to establish a robust career counselling system across the organization. - Support employees in envisioning long-term career progression. - Cultivate partnerships with renowned educational institutions worldwide to facilitate further education opportunities for TresVista employees. - Collaborate with the placements support team to identify suitable outplacement options for departing employees. Qualifications: - 15-18 years of experience in career coaching/counselling within corporate settings. - Proficiency in various coaching frameworks (GROW, CLEAR, solution-focused coaching, etc.) and assessment tools (MBTI, Clifton Strengths, DISC, Hogan, etc.). - Relevant certifications such as ICF, CPCC, CLC, CCP, etc. - Expertise in career pathing, performance management, employee engagement, and designing scalable career development frameworks. - Strong interpersonal, listening, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Exposure to academic institutions, particularly business schools and graduate programs. - Background in career services or admissions consulting is advantageous. - Preferably holds a Bachelors/Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Human Resources, Career Development, Organizational Behavior, or related fields. Desired Skills: - Proven experience in conducting individual and group counselling sessions. - Proficiency in leading workshops, seminars, and utilizing career assessment tools. - Background in training counsellors would be beneficial.,
