Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Trainer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.
  • Develop and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Continually research workplace training methods and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Collect information from senior management and other departments on employee retention and knowledge utilization during training courses.
  • Administer tests after training to evaluate effectiveness and create instructional materials for distribution during training.
  • Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training and conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects needing additional instruction.
  • Create internal marketing materials to announce training programs and details.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and motivate employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in creating and executing learning strategies and programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Industry: Education / Teaching / Training / Counselling / Academic.
