Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Manager with 2-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, product training, and trainer development.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Hire and oversee training and L&D specialists, organizing meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes.
  • Continually research workplace training methods and stay updated on industry developments and competitors.
  • Collect information from senior management and other departments on employee retention and effectiveness of training concepts, administering tests after training courses to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Create printed and instructional materials for distribution during training, actively seeking current training methods and best practices to facilitate training, and conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects needing additional instruction.
  • Create internal marketing materials to announce training programs and details.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, product training, or trainer development.
  • Possess strong knowledge of learning and development principles, including sales, product, and trainer development.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the evaluation of complex data sets.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions is essential.
  • Experience in tracking budgets and negotiating contracts is required.
  • Skills in hiring and overseeing training and L&D specialists are necessary.
  • A strong understanding of current training methods and best practices is expected.
  • Candidates should be able to create printed and instructional materials for distribution during training.
  • The role requires continual research of workplace training methods and staying updated on industry developments and competitors.
