Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and a strong background in effective learning and development methods, with the ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Create and execute comprehensive learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing and provide guidance on training best practices.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Hire and oversee Training and L&D Specialists, organizing meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes.
  • Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor analysis.
  • Collect information from senior management and other departments on employee retention and effectiveness of training courses, administering tests after completion to evaluate training strategies.
  • Create printed and instructional materials for distribution during training, actively seeking current training methods and best practices to facilitate training.
  • Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects needing additional instruction and create internal marketing materials to announce training programs and details.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, including e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development, and implementation, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with product training, sales trainer roles, and English language proficiency is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
