Consultant - Skills Strategy- Reskilling

As a Consultant on the Skills Architecture and Strategy team at Draup, your main objective is to assist customers in navigating the complexities of the modern talent landscape. Working closely with Senior Consultants, Project Leads, and Managers, you will be responsible for both practice development and project delivery. Leveraging Draup's data and analytics, you will develop and implement impactful talent strategies centered around skills, career paths, and learning. Your role will involve leading customer engagements, coordinating with research executives, and providing high-quality, data-driven analysis to meet customer requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting focused quality research, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and workforce planning challenges, performing in-depth skills gap analyses, designing data-driven skill strategies aligned with client goals, defining actionable career paths, creating engaging learning journeys, presenting findings and recommendations to clients, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to Draup's talent consulting methodologies and thought leadership. To excel in this role, you are required to have experience managing senior stakeholders in multinational organizations, possess excellent business writing and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented with high standards for information presentation, have proven experience in strategy consulting with a focus on talent management, learning & development, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, have strong interpersonal skills, be self-driven, motivated, and energetic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
