As a strategic HRBP here, you’ll be much more than just an HR contact— you’ll be a true partner and trusted advisor to our business leaders. You’ll spend your time bridging the gap between HR and daily operations, helping us align our people strategy with big-picture goals. From coaching leaders and solving complex people puzzles to building a high-performance culture that people want to be part of, your impact will be felt across the entire organization.

·Partner with business leaders and managers to support day-to-day people initiatives aligned with business needs.
·Implement HR programs across performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development.
·Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
·Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, workplace concerns, and people-related guidance.
·Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, Operations) to deliver consistent HR support.
·Support talent development and internal mobility initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees.
·Assist in designing and executing retention and engagement initiatives for tech and product teams.
·Use HR data and basic analytics to track trends, identify risks, and support people decisions.
·Ensure HR processes and practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
·4–6 years of HR Business Partnering experience from in matrixed, global environment; Consulting background (EY, PwC, etc.) is a significant advantage.
·Understanding of performance management, employee relations, and talent development practices.
·Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
·Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
·Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with good attention to detail.
