Job Description

Responsibilities


ï‚· Strategic HR Partnership

o Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

o Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.

o Drive a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.


ï‚· Performance Management System (PMS)

o Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Performance Management System.

o Partner with managers to set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans. o Drive performance-based reward and recognition programs.

o Analyze PMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Collaborate with hiring managers to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies.

o Support talent retention, career development, and leadership programs.

o Drive employee capability enhancement through training and skill development programs.


ï‚· Employee Relations & Compliance

o Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

o Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

o Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.


ï‚· Compensation & Benefits

o Work closely with HR leadership to develop competitive compensation structures.

o Ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and internal pay equity.

o Drive employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being.


ï‚· HR Analytics & Reporting

o Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement scores, and performance data to drive strategic decisions.

o Present HR dashboards and reports to leadership for continuous improvement.


What are we looking for in you?


• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5years in an HRBP role.

• Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and labor laws.

• Hands-on experience in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
