Human Resources Business Partner

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right sales talent.

Partner with sales leadership to understand current & future hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to middle managers on coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans.

Employee Management:

Serve as a point of contact for sales team members on HR-related matters.

Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Lead or support employee engagement initiatives within the sales team.

Strategic HR Support:

Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to organizational development initiatives within the sales function.

Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications / experience required

Postgraduate in HRM, MBA in HR.

8-12 years of experience in managing employees, HR partnering

Experience working in a similar role within a complex organization.

Experience working with diverse teams.

Stakeholder management skills.
