Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and plays a critical role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives. The HRBP supports workforce planning, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues.

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Provide insights on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce strategy.

Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying skill gaps and collaborating with recruitment.

Drive onboarding, training, development, and retention strategies.

Partner with managers to develop high-potential talent and improve employee engagement.

Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.

Coach managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities.

Recommend learning and development programs to build critical skills.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational standards.

Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.

Support workforce analytics and HR reporting to inform decision-making.

Support change initiatives by developing communication strategies and providing guidance to managers.

Partner with leaders on organizational transformations and restructuring.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and coaching skills.
