About the Role:

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and change management.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to leadership.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the function.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field from

  pedigree institutions

  (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs, ISB, or similar Tier-1 B-Schools).
• Minimum of

  5 years

  of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Proven experience in supporting senior leaders and managing complex HR issues.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, startups, or MNCs preferred).
• Exposure to HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, HRCI, or similar) is a plus.
