JOB SUMMARY:

Human Resource Associate


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support in conducting background checks and reference verifications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and internal communication.
  • Help resolve minor workplace conflicts under the supervision of the HR Manager.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and other time-related data for payroll coordination.

Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure employees are informed of updates.
  • Support audits and documentation for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

Training & Development

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, materials, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain training records and support the evaluation of learning effectiveness.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the

    hospitality industry

    .
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and labor compliance in hospitality.
