Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Supervisor role located in Hyderabad. The Security Supervisor will oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Daily tasks include managing security staff, monitoring security systems, digital surveillance & investigations, implementing safety protocols, and responding promptly to any emergencies or incidents. The role also involves training team members, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and fostering a secure and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills to manage and lead the security team effectively.
Knowledge and experience in physical security measures and operations management to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders in a professional and supportive manner.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies or challenging situations.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
Working knowledge of local security protocols and compliance requirements.
