Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Learning and Development Intern, based in Udaipur. The intern will assist in planning, organizing, and delivering training programs, managing learning initiatives, and creating instructional content. They will also support coaching sessions, maintain learning management systems, and collaborate with team members on developmental projects aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Training & Development and Learning Management
• Skills in Instructional Design and creating effective learning content
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience or interest in Coaching and mentorship
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous internship or coursework in Learning and Development is an advantage
