JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our team at Trident, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and compliance efforts, helping to ensure a positive and productive work environment across our properties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Onboarding Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support in conducting background checks and reference verifications. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and internal communication. Help resolve minor workplace conflicts under the supervision of the HR Manager. HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and dashboards. Track attendance, leaves, and other time-related data for payroll coordination. Compliance & Policy Support Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in policy implementation and ensure employees are informed of updates. Support audits and documentation for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Training & Development Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, materials, and feedback collection. Maintain training records and support the evaluation of learning effectiveness. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry . Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working knowledge of payroll systems and labor compliance in hospitality.
