Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Darbhanga Sadar. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding the security team, enforcing physical security measures, monitoring safety across the premises, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and ensure operations run smoothly Expertise in Physical Security measures for monitoring and safeguarding assets and personnel Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with teams and address client needs professionally Experience in Operations Management to plan, execute, and oversee security protocols efficiently Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle emergencies and unexpected situations Relevant experience in security supervision or management is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in security management are a plus
