Human Resources Assistant

We’re Not Just Hiring an HR. We are Looking for a Strategic People & Ops Partner Who Builds from the Inside.

This is not a traditional HR role.

You’ll be the engine behind our growth, designing the systems, managing hiring, and enabling our team to scale from a fast-moving agency to a world-class creative company.

Your role will combine recruitment, culture design, performance systems, internal ops, and leadership support. You’ll work directly with the founders to make Sold Agency more structured, scalable, and sustainable, all while protecting the magic of our creative culture.

What You’ll Actually Own

✅ End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

Own hiring across strategy, creative, digital, and operations teams.

📘 People Ops Systems & HR Playbook

Build a clean, easy-to-understand central system for HR policies, workflows, and updates.

Make it accessible, logical, and usable without being overly corporate.

🔎 Proactive Talent Sourcing

Don’t wait for great people to come to you, go find them.

Use smart outreach, network activations, and talent mapping to fill our pipeline with future hires.

⚙️ Operations, Automation & Zero-Friction Processes

Automate repetitive admin tasks: onboarding, payroll handoffs, leave tracking, approvals.

Build systems that don’t need constant handholding, they just work.

Eliminate waste, reduce human error, and keep things lean.

🎉 Culture & Internal Rituals

Design and execute team events, rituals, and off-sites that actually add value, not fluff.

Make Sold feel like the kind of place high-performers want to stay and grow.

❤️ Monitor and Support Team Health

Regularly pulse-check morale, engagement, and cultural alignment.

Identify burnout signals early.

Create a culture where the right people thrive.

Reporting Line

You’ll report directly to the founders and collaborate with vertical heads across strategy, design, content, media, and project management.
