Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Puducherry, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also implement and oversee employee training programs and contribute to organizational development strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and related fields
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site
• Proven experience in Human Resources management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
