Job Description

We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant must be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills.


HR assistants should demonstrate strong conflict management and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of employee relationships and staffing management. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in recruitment.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Recruitment and Retention
  • Review job advertisements before posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, and participate in interviewing candidates.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and purchase new materials while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Administration & Employee Relations
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.


Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
  • Proven 2-3years of experience in HR management and administration.
  • Practical HR, office administration, and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Must have experience with IT staff hiring
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
