Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant for an on-site role at our Samayapuram campus. The HR Assistant will be responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating benefits administration, maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with training and development programs. Additionally, the role includes providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management practices
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Ability to assist in the design and facilitation of employee Training and Development programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage
• Any Bachelor’s degree with system knowledge
• Prior HR support experience is a plus
