Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (N to N) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Follow up on joining confirmations and documentation
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain employee files and records
• Manage exit formalities and final settlements
• Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and leave records
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist in performance review coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc., where applicable)
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 13 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
