Reporting to Team Lead, Ad-Hoc & Campaigns (AH&C) Team Operating responsibilities End to end ownership of AH&C projects from planning and inception up to gathering feedback. Liaise and communicate effectively with the client/ client delivery teams to update the overall project status. Ensure all project deliverables meet operating parameters and take corrective action in case of deviation. Ensure that all timelines are met during the project life cycle. Actively identify/ track issues & risks, ensuring mitigation. Manage staffing both internally and third party contractors and outsourced/insourced teams. Effectively lead a team of analysts and senior analysts. Strategic responsibilities Be the primary POC for Nepa’s global account teams on ad-hoc & campaign projects. Support team lead and head of AH&C in overall planning and staffing requirements. Drive continuous improvement on operating metrics in the AH&C team by leveraging technology and/or process improvements. Manage and improve team morale and growth path for team members. Maintain appropriate project reporting and represent team in operations reviews. Core Competencies Exceptional communication skills and strong command of spoken and written English. Experience and ability to work in a global environment spanning different countries and cultures. Advanced MS office skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering skills and knowledge development. Commitment to ethical behavior and best business practices. Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement techniques will be a significant advantage. Working knowledge of SPSS, Tableau or equivalent will be an advantage Experience and Education Bachelor’s Degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications. MBA would be an advantage. 3-5 years of experience in project management working in a global environment in the custom development or services industry.
