Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations including administering benefits, maintaining records in HR systems, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with general HR management tasks. The role also involves providing support to the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and handling general HR tasks
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration policies and procedures
• Ability to coordinate and administer employee training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Recruitment acumen is must
