Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in the Egra subdivision. The role includes providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS, handling benefits administration, and aiding in training and development programs. The Human Resources Assistant will also support HR activities such as planning employee engagement initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing employee records Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes and policies Familiarity with designing and coordinating employee training programs Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role or the HR field is an advantage
