What You’ll Actually Own ✅ End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Own hiring across strategy, creative, digital, and operations teams. 📘 People Ops Systems & HR Playbook Build a clean, easy-to-understand central system for HR policies, workflows, and updates. Make it accessible, logical, and usable without being overly corporate. 🔎 Proactive Talent Sourcing Don’t wait for great people to come to you, go find them. Use smart outreach, network activations, and talent mapping to fill our pipeline with future hires. ⚙️ Operations, Automation & Zero-Friction Processes Automate repetitive admin tasks: onboarding, payroll handoffs, leave tracking, approvals. Build systems that don’t need constant handholding, they just work. Eliminate waste, reduce human error, and keep things lean. 🎉 Culture & Internal Rituals Design and execute team events, rituals, and off-sites that actually add value, not fluff.
