Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, HR database management, payroll support, and coordination of HR policies and initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and notices.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience (0–2 years) in HR or administrative roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Sheet,PowerPoint) and HRMS software (if any).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based role.
  • May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
