Human Resources Assistant

You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance & leave management, and day-to-day HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new hires. - Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and files. - Assisting in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation. - Coordinating employee engagement activities and events. - Addressing basic employee queries and escalating issues when necessary. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Preparing HR-related reports and assisting with audits when required. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 12 years of experience in HR operations or generalist profile. - Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
