Job Purpose The Human Resources and Administration Officer is responsible for supporting all HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and HR activities. Support Services Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events. Manage administrative support staff (receptionist, cleaners, etc.). Oversee filing systems and internal communication channels. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
