Job Description

RKey Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Promote company products/services to potential customers through presentations and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, events, and on-ground promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and share insights with management.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and product improvements.
  • Ensure brand visibility through various offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (Freshers can also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
