Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for smooth clearance of goods. Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance through ICEGATE portal. Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures related to imports (DGFT, EXIM Policy). Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and status updates.
