Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bokaro. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR management, handle the administration of employee benefits, manage human resources information systems (HRIS), and assist with training initiatives. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, coordinating employee orientation programs, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with employee relations issues.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience with Benefits Administration and Training support
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
