Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Admin/IR at Indore Composite in Indore. The Admin/IR will be responsible for Admin management, benefits administration, Vendor Management, Canteen Management, Transport Management , Civil Related Work and compliance with labor and employment laws. Key Responsibilities (Summary): Manage day-to-day plant administration (housekeeping, canteen, transport, security). Oversee facility upkeep and vendor coordination (civil work, maintenance, furniture, etc.). Maintain office supplies, procurement, and budget control. Coordinate with departments and support senior management with admin tasks. Ensure compliance and maintain administrative documentation. Handle vendor management and negotiate service contracts. Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and logistics. Prepare reports on admin activities, expenses, and suggest improvements.
